（二）肠胃粘膜黏膜的普遍性依据

可通过喉内镜核查和（或）肠胃计算机断层扫描（CT）或造影激光（MRI）获得肠胃上皮细胞黏膜的普遍性依据。

喉内镜核查

喉内镜核查的优势是减少病人激光受伤害。

CRS病人喉内镜核查的特征相反为中可能会喉道听闻黏脓性或脓性黏液、上皮细胞充血黏膜、上皮细胞息肉锥状相反或听闻微小息肉。

肠胃计算机断层扫描（CT）

CT对肠胃上皮细胞病变和窦口外情况严重具有较好的解像度，为CRS优选的影像学核查方法[14,15]。

*对于老年人，首次病人检验时并不一定不提拔完成CT核查；

*CT核查大其余部分提拔用于经口服放射治疗和（或）腺样体切除术放射治疗视觉效果不佳，或已出现并发症的CRS幼儿[16]。

CRS最常听闻的CT相反为肠胃上皮细胞硬化、窦口外情况严重、窦腔含糊、窦腔内息肉影像。

造影激光（MRI）

MRI的潜在过剩是过份敏感，有有可能造成了过份病人，而且价格相对于较贵。肠胃平片、超声波激光、透照激光的特异性和敏感性均较少，不提拔作为CRS的病人方法[13]。
