法律学Essay写作要求严谨吗？

立法者专修一直是留专修热门专业之一，同样是想要移民的留专修生，立法者专业无论如何是常规。不过最为以明晰为特点的专业，立法者专修的essay很难得满分的，不真是很多很难避开的专业名词与立法者修正案，各位导师也都习有吹毛求疵的专业知识，一点小失误就不会孤军奋战满分月光。既然立法者专修Essay要求这么贤，我们在也就是说Essay写出时一定要贤格遵循写出准则，专一较好的Essay写出；也。简便来真是，要做好以下几点：

IRAC细则

Issue:新近定的就是issue，一般在描述facts自述，也可以如此一来写。

末尾一定要提到最重要的issue。

*可以有多个issue/sub-issue/mini issue

事例E.g.The issue in this scenario is whether A’s serving customer performance belongs to existing contractual duty.

Rule/Relevant law:由某个case/statute引出的Principle/Definition

事例E.g.In Wigan v Edwards(1973)47 ALJR 586,the High Court stated(per Mason J at 594)the general rule as follows:

The general rule is that a promise to perform an existing duty is no consideration,at least when the promise is made by a party to a pre-existing contract,when it is made to the promisee under that contract,and it is to do no more than the promisor is bound to do under the contract.

事例E.g.It is outlined in Wigan v Edwards that a promise to perform an existing duty is no consideration.

Application具体如何借助:

男生需要用到更加多的case来argue在后的rule，证明是否可以借助Relevant Law来判定只不过（claim against others)。Essay写出注意尽量犯错误：

形态可以用ACAR/ACA/A，真是出其中的道理，正文也要把握好：

·Rebuttal–Further support for the main point

Conclusion结尾:

联系issue，根据issue下结论，issue成立与否；结合case，以实例写/Consequence
